After-sales service

Service personnel receive on-site operational training for a certain period, through on-site teaching-type operations and training, truly enabling the user's equipment operators to proficiently master the operation and maintenance of the equipment.

After the service personnel leave the factory, upon receiving user inquiries regarding equipment issues, technicians respond within 4 hours. In emergencies, real-time remote services are provided, and personnel are arranged to arrive on-site in the shortest time possible (not exceeding 48 hours). When the warranty expires, Tai Machine provides a comprehensive inspection of the equipment and operating system to ensure that the equipment always operates safely and stably.

During the warranty period, regular and irregular follow-ups with customers are conducted to listen to customer feedback and continuously improve the quality of after-sales service.
